Tuition rates are established annually for each program level at the Elizabeth Mascia Child Care Center. Some families participate in countywide tuition assistance programs as a means to offset the cost of child care. The most common countywide tuition assistance program is called Title XX. Other families participate in tuition assistance programs sponsored by the Child Care Council of Westchester. The Elizabeth Masica Child Care Center has a scholarship program for those families in need who do not qualify for any of the other tuition assistance programs available. Need is determined by family income level and family size.

The Elizabeth Mascia Child Care Center offers a 15% discount to siblings of currently enrolled children. The tuition rates are reduced by 15% for each child following the first one enrolled.
